Síndrome de Burnout en trabajadores de la Oficialía Mayor del Estado Gobierno de Chiapas

Abstract

Consiste en una en una investigación realizada en los trabajadores de la Oficialía Mayor del Estado Gobierno de Chiapas. Para verificar si cuentan con síndrome de Burnout. Se observó que los trabajadores, presentan un comportamiento inadecuado al momento de realizar sus actividades laborales e impide tener un buen desempeño reduciendo claramente su compromiso hacia el trabajo. Esto se manifiesta en sus relaciones con el ámbito laboral, ya sea entre compañeros, clientes y familiares. This study consists of a study conducted among employees of the main government office of the state of Chiapas to determine whether they suffer from burnout syndrome. It was observed that the employees exhibited inappropriate behavior when performing their work activities, which impeded their good performance, clearly reducing their commitment to work. This was evident in their relationships within the workplace, whether with colleagues, clients, and family members.
