Las especies del género Amanita subgénero Amanitina en bosques templados de San Cristóbal de Las Casas, Chiapas

Abstract

El género Amanita es uno de los géneros más estudiados a nivel mundial, se calcula que existen alrededor de 1000 especies y actualmente solo se tiene registro de 500 de ellas. Dentro del género Amanita se encuentra el subgénero llamado Amanitina, que a su vez contiene seis secciones, de las cuales hasta el momento solo tres de ellas están en el estado de Chiapas. El objetivo del trabajo fue identificar las especies del género Amanita subgénero Amanitina en San Cristóbal de Las Casas. Las recolectas fueron realizadas en temporada de lluvia en los meses de junio a noviembre de 2019 al 2021. Cada especie encontrada fue caracterizada morfológicamente tomando en cuenta la parte macro y microscópica. Posteriormente, se realizaron ilustraciones para cada una de la especie. En total se registraron 17 especies del subgénero Amanitina, ocho pertinentes a la sección Validae, cinco a la sección Roanokenses y cuatro a la sección Phalloideae. Se registraron por primera vez cuatro especies para México y siete para Chiapas. La información acerca de los diferentes géneros de hongos incluido el género Amanita necesita de más exploración taxonómica en el estado de Chiapas. A su vez, se necesita aplicar diferentes enfoques tanto morfológicos como moleculares para la determinación de las nuevas especies. The genus Amanita is one of the most studied genera worldwide, it is estimated that there are around 1000 species and currently only 500 of them have been recorded. Within the genus Amanita is the subgenus called Amanitina, which in turn contains six sections, of which so far only three of them are in the state of Chiapas. The objective of the work was to identify the species of the genus Amanita subgenus Amanitina in San Cristóbal de Las Casas. The collections were made in the rainy season in the months of June to November from 2019 to 2021. Each species found was morphologically characterized taking into account the macro and microscopic part. Subsequently, illustrations were made for each of the species. In total, 17 species of the Amanitina subgenus were recorded, eight belonging to the Validae section, five to the Roanokenses section, and four to the Phalloideae section. Four species were recorded for the first time for Mexico and seven for Chiapas. Information about the different genera of fungi including the genus Amanita needs further taxonomic exploration in the state of Chiapas. At the same time, it is necessary to apply different approaches, both morphological and molecular, to determine the new species.
