dc.description.abstract | Se presenta la construcción de dos secadores solares con sistema fotovoltaico para el proceso de deshidratación de alimentos. El primer secador se construyó con placas de acero calibre 10, fibra de vidrio, lámina galvanizada y generador de energía (panel solar, batería, inversor de corriente de 12v a 120v) en cual se obtuvo una eficiencia del 80.48% con un colector de calor de 0.4352 m3, mientras que el segundo secador construido de materia lámina galvanizada número 14, fibra de vidrio, extractor de aire y adaptando el generador de energía del primer secador se obtuvo una eficiencia del 80.48% con un recolector de calor de 0.93 m3, de los dos secadores construidos se demuestra que ambos tienen una eficiencia del 80.48% comparado,
con el diseño López en el 2011 con una eficiencia del 78%. | es_MX |
dc.description.abstract | It is presented the construction of two solar dryers with photovoltaic system for food dehydration process. The first dryer was constructed with a number ten steel plate, fiberglass, a zinc-coated steel sheet and one power generator; the power generator (was constructed with a solar panel, battery, one 12v power inverter to 120v); in which, an efficiency of 80.48% was obtained with a heat collector of 0.4352 m3. The second dryer was constructed with a zinc-coated steel sheet Number fourteen, fiberglass, an extractor fan and adaptations of the power generator taken from the first dryer; the efficiency of the second dryer was of 80.48% which was obtained with a heat collector of 0.93 m3. It is been shown that both dryers have an efficiency of 80.48% in comparison to Lopez design in 2011, which had an efficiency of 78%. | es_MX |
